Effective November 27, 2015, NCM Financial, Inc. (the “Company”) accepted the resignation of Scott M. Noel (the “Board Member”) as a director of NCM Financial, Inc. Scott M. Noel’s resignation from the Board of Directors of NCM Financial, Inc. did not result from any disagreement with the Company.
