On March 28, 2012 CNB Corporation mailed to shareholders its quarterly shareholder financial report which discloses the results of operations of the Company for the years ended December 31, 2011 and December 31, 2010 and the financial condition of the Company as of December 31, 2011 and December 31, 2010.
