On June 1, 2012 CNB Corporation mailed to shareholders its quarterly shareholder financial report which discloses the results of operations of the Company for the three months ended March 31, 2012 and March 31, 2011 and the financial condition of the Company as of March 31, 2012 and March 31, 2011.
