- [F1]On February 5, 2021, the Reporting Person was granted Performance Share Units representing an indeterminate number of shares of Issuer's common stock which were contingent upon the meeting of certain individual performance goals, of which up to 50% could be earned based on performance over the 2021-2022 performance period ("Tranche 1") and up to 50% plus any portion of Tranche 1 not previously earned can be earned based on performance over the 2021-2023 performance period ("Tranche 2").
