- [F1]On June 21, 2002, the reporting person and his wife entered into variable prepaid forward agreements involving 1,000,000 shares of Reebok common stock. The Agreements settled on June 21, 2005 (the "Settlement Date") in accordance with their terms. On the Settlement Date, in accordance with a formula in the Agreements, the reporting person and his wife delivered 756,096 of shares of the 1,000,000 shares and retained the remaining 244,264 shares. The formula use to determine the shares delivered was based on the closing price of Reebok's common stock during the ten trading days ending on the Settlement Date, which ranged from $41.51 to $42.55.
