Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On August 7, 2025, Mitek Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the third fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2025. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
