Item 8.01 Other Events.

The Company announced that the Board of Directors has declared its next regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share or $0.40 annually. The next cash dividend will be payable on December 18, 2025, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 26, 2025.
