Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On February 5, 2026, FirstCash Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Earnings Release”) announcing its financial results for the three and twelve month periods ended December 31, 2025 and the Board of Directors’ declaration of a first quarter cash dividend of $0.42 per common share. The Earnings Release is also furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated in Item 2.02 of this Current Report by this reference.
