(the "Company") consummated the transactions contemplated by the Agreement and Plan of Merger between the Company, Safari Parent, Inc. and Safari Merger Subsidiary, Inc. (the "Merger"). Upon consummation of the Merger, each such option was cancelled for no consideration.
