Item 5.02			Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

As previously disclosed, Ronald A. Ballschmiede, Executive Vice President of Sterling Infrastructure, Inc. (the “Company”), expected to retire in 2025. On September 23, 2025, Mr. Ballschmiede notified the Company of his plan to retire from all positions held with the Company and its subsidiaries effective September 24, 2025.
