Item 8.01. Other Events

On July 31, 2024, Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the pricing of $500.0 million aggregate principal amount of its 9.50% Senior Secured Notes due 2029 (the “Notes”). The Notes are being offered and sold in transactions exempt from registration under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”).

A copy of the press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
