Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On February 4, 2026, ASGN Incorporated (the “Company”) announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished pursuant to Item 2.02 of this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.

The Company’s management will discuss operations and financial results in an earnings conference call beginning at 4:30 p.m. Eastern time on February 4, 2026. A live audio broadcast of the conference call along with a supplemental presentation will be available to the public through links on the Investor Relations section of the Company’s website (www.asgn.com).
