Item 5. Other Events.

On June 18, 2003, Beyond.com Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) filed the Summary of Financial Status for the month ended May 31, 2003 with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California, San Jose Division, in connection with the voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code that was filed by the Company on January 24, 2002.
