The option was originally granted on June 6, 2008 and provided for expiration of 33,000 shares on June 7, 2012, 33,000 shares on June 30, 2013 and 34,000 shares on June 30, 2014 or upon retirement, whichever is earlier. In connection with Mr. Seeker's previously announced retirement, the compensation committee of ZBB's board of directors approved an amendment to the option extending the expiration date from June 30, 2010 to June 30, 2011.
