- [F2]Pursuant to a contract entered into by the Trustee of the Trust on June 2, 2005 a hedging arrangement termed a "variable prepaid forward agreement" became effective with a securities broker as of June 15, 2005, relating to 1,000,000 shares of the Issuer's Common Stock, $0.01 par value per share (the "Shares"). The arrangement is reflected in Table II as the acquisition of a put option.
