MeriStar Hotels & Resorts Inc was renamed Interstate Hotels & Resorts, Inc. Accordingly each share of the Issuer's common stock was exchanged for 0.92 shares of the common stock of Interstate Hotels and Resorts, Inc. which shares, at the close of business on the effective date of the merger, had a market value of $3.25 per share.
