In addition, on March 19, 2020, the Company issued a capital call notice to its investors that have committed to purchase Common Units. Pursuant to such capital call notice, Ms. Lane is obligated to make a capital contribution of $6,000 on March 26, 2020 out of her $150,000 aggregate capital commitment to the Company, and the Company is obligated to issue approximately 68.68 Common Units to Ms. Lane, provided such capital contribution is funded timely.
