- [F1]On the date hereof, Mr. Yu owns 130.52 Common Units of limited liability company interests (the "Common Units") of Goldman Sachs Private Middle Market Credit II LLC (the "Company"). In addition, on July 23, 2020, the Company issued a capital call notice to its holders of Common Units. Pursuant to such capital call notice, Mr. Yu is obligated to make a capital contribution of $4,000 on July 30, 2020 out of his $40,000 aggregate capital commitment to the Company, and the Company is obligated to issue shares of Common Units to Mr. Yu, provided such capital contribution is funded timely. As of the date of this filing, the number of additional shares of Common Units that will be issued to Mr. Yu in respect of this $4,000 capital contribution is unknown. Mr. Yu will amend this Form 4 once the number of shares of Common Units has been determined.
