In addition, on June 21, 2021, the Company issued a capital call notice to its investors that have committed to purchase Common Units. Pursuant to such capital call notice, Mr. Walter is obligated to make a capital contribution of $3,750 on June 28, 2021 out of his $50,000 aggregate capital commitment to the Company, and the Company is obligated to issue approximately 38.76 Common Units to Mr. Walter, provided such capital contribution is funded timely.
