In addition, on June 21, 2021, the Company issued a capital call notice to its investors that have committed to purchase Common Units. Pursuant to such capital call notice, Ms. Lane is obligated to make a capital contribution of $7,500 on June 28, 2021 out of her $100,000 aggregate capital commitment to the Company, and the Company is obligated to issue approximately 77.52 Common Units to Ms. Lane, provided such capital contribution is funded timely.
