In addition, on September 10, 2021, the Company issued a capital call notice to its holders of Common Units. Pursuant to such capital call notice, Ms. Lane is obligated to make a capital contribution of $10,000 on September 17, 2021 out of her $100,000 aggregate capital commitment to the Company, and the Company is obligated to issue shares of Common Units to Ms. Lane, provided such capital contribution is funded timely. As of the date of this filing, the number of additional shares of Common Units that will be issued to Ms. Lane in respect of her $10,000 capital contribution is unknown. Ms. Lane will amend this Form 4 once the number of shares of Common Units has been determined.
