- [F1]On the date hereof, Ms. Uniacke owns 462.111 Common Units of limited liability company interests (the "Common Units") of Goldman Sachs Private Middle Market Credit II LLC (the "Company"). In addition, on May 22, 2023, the Company issued a capital call notice to its holders of Common Units. Pursuant to such capital call notice, Ms. Uniacke is obligated to make a capital contribution of $500 on or around May 30, 2023 out of her $50,000 aggregate capital commitment to the Company, and the Company is obligated to issue shares of Common Units to Ms. Uniacke, provided such capital contribution is funded timely. As of the date of this filing, the number of additional shares of Common Units that will be issued to Ms. Uniacke in respect of her $500 capital contribution is unknown. Ms. Uniacke will amend this Form 4 once the number of shares of Common Units has been determined.
