Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 3, 2018, Jorge Narino, who has served as the interim Chief Financial Officer of Perry Ellis International, Inc. (the “Company”) since November 2017, became the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. In connection with this change in title, Mr. Narino’s annual base salary was increased from $280,000 to $350,000.
