- [F1]On December 31, 2022, Laird Norton Company LLC ("LNC") contributed its 100% ownership in White Pine, Inc. to Laird Norton Enterprises Inc. ("LNE"), a wholly owned subsidiary of LNC, following which, White Pine, Inc. converted from a corporation to a limited liability company and changed its name to White Pine LLC ("White Pine"). LNE does not exercise independent voting power over White Pine, but may act upon the approval of LNC. As a result, LNC may be deemed to beneficially own the securities directly owned by White Pine. This Form 4 is filed jointly by White Pine and LNC, as the direct and beneficial owners of the securities, respectively.
