Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.

Effective December 8, 2017, Managed Futures Premier Energy Fund L.P. II’s (the “Registrant”) fourth amended and restated limited partnership agreement (the “Limited Partnership Agreement”) was amended to: (i) reflect certain regulatory developments related to the implementation of the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2015; and (ii) make other conforming amendments.

A copy of the amendment (“Amendment No. 2”) is filed herewith as Exhibit 3.1.
