- [F1]On December 7, 2023, the Company and certain of its subsidiaries (collectively, the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions under Chapter 11 of title 11 of the United States Code (the "Bankruptcy Code") in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York (such court, the "Court" and such cases, the "Cases") and on March 28, 2024, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order confirming the plan of liquidation (the "Plan"). On March 29, 2024 (the "Effective Date"), the Plan was consummated and became effective in accordance with its terms.
