Narang 2004 GRAT under Trust Agreement dated December 29, 2004 dissolved by operation of the Trust Agreements. However, the 378,946 shares of Class A Common Stock previously held by the trusts were not distributed to the trust beneficiaries until October 2015. The trust beneficiaries were newly created trusts in which Mr. Narang has no beneficial ownership.
