("Partners") on a pro rata basis to certain partners that elected in 2016 to redeem all or a portion of their interest in Partners.
- [F2]The securities are held in the account of RSR Investments LLC, and may be deemed to be beneficially owned by Mr. Steinberg because he serves as the managing member of RSR Investments LLC. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership over such securities except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein, and the inclusion of these securities in this report shall not be deemed an admission of beneficial ownership of the reported securities for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purposes.
