("FPPF III Cayman") and Ichor Investment Holdings, LLC ("IIH LLC") made a distribution-in-kind to its partners, on a pro rata basis for no additional consideration, of an aggregate of 1,940,257 ordinary shares of Ichor Holdings, Ltd. ("ordinary shares").

The Reporting Person is a member of an investment committee of FP GP Management III and may be deemed to beneficially own such shares.
