The common shares representing limited partnership interests of AMGP reported herein represent holdings of Yorktown Energy Partners VII, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership ("Yorktown VII") immediately prior to the Conversion.
- [F2]These securities were owned directly by Yorktown VII. The Reporting Person is the sole general partner of Yorktown VII Company LP. Yorktown VII Company LP is the sole general partner of Yorktown VII.
