Gates Capital Management, Inc. ("the Corporation"), is the managing member of the General Partner with respect to the shares of common stock directly held by the Gates Capital Funds. Jeffrey L. Gates serves as President of the Corporation with respect to the shares of common stock directly held by the Gates Capital Funds.
