A stock swap is a method of exercising a stock option in which the option holder relinquishes enough shares of stock to cover the exercise price of the option being exercised. As a result of this stock swap, the reporting person acquired 2,395 shares of Equity Bancshares Inc. The price in column 4 is the Equity Bancshares Inc. close price as of March 4th when the option holder requested the stock swap exercise and it was approved by Equity Bancshares Inc.
- [F2]The reporting person's spouse serves as President of Blau Investment Co., LLC.
