Athyrium Funds GP Holdings, LLC is the managing member of Athyrium Opportunities Associates III GP LLC. Jeffrey Ferrell is the managing member of Athyrium Funds GP Holdings, LLC and the President of Athyrium Opportunities Associates III GP LLC.
