Pursuant to such capital call notice, Mr. Sebastian is obligated to make a capital contribution of $12,000.00 on or around January 10, 2022 to the Fund, and the Fund is obligated to issue Shares to Mr. Sebastian, provided such capital contribution is funded timely. As of the date of this filing, the number of Shares that will be issued to Mr. Sebastian in respect of this $12,000.00 capital contribution is unknown. Mr. Sebastian will amend this Form 4 once the number of Shares has been determined.
