("Coronado Topco"), Laguna Merger Sub, Inc., Orca Holdco, Inc., Orca Holdco 2, Inc., Quidel Corporation and the Issuer, the Issuer became a wholly owned subsidiary of Coronado Topco upon consummation of the business combinations (the "Effective Time").
