On July 7, 2003 GSCP Recovery, Inc. exercised its option to receive an aggregate of 2,451,441 shares of Common Stock, bringing the total number of shares of Common Stock directly owned by GSCP Recovery, Inc. to 11,674,685.
  • [F3]By virtue of their relationships to GSCP Recovery, Inc., each of the Affiliates can be deemed to be an indirect beneficial owner of 11,674,685 shares of Common Stock. Each of the Affiliates disclaims beneficial ownership of the Company's Common Stock except to the extent of its pecuniary interest in the Common Stock.
