- [F1]On June 20, 2013, Jefferies Capital Partners IV L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (the "Partnership"), distributed for no consideration an aggregate of 2,181,795 shares of common stock, par value $0.01 per share ("Common Stock"), of Fiesta Restaurant Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation, to its partners in accordance with its partnership agreement. JCP IV LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("General Partner"), is the general partner of the Partnership, and distributed for no consideration the shares of Common Stock it received from the Partnership to its members in accordance with its limited liability company agreement. Mr. Daraviras is a member of General Partner. Accordingly, after giving effect to the distributions described above, Mr. Daraviras may be deemed to own beneficially 10,630 shares of Common Stock.
