On November 3, 2025, Vornado Realty Trust (the “Company”), the general partner of Vornado Realty L.P., issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter of 2025. That press release referred to supplemental data that is available on the Company’s website. That press release and the supplemental data are attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, and are incorporated by reference herein.
