Hall ("Mr. Hall"), which securities are directly held by: (i) GEH Capital, Inc., which is indirectly owned by Mr. Hall and (ii) Clinton Relational Opportunity Master Fund, L.P. ("CREL") and Clinton Special Opportunities Master Fund Ltd. ("CSO"), of which Clinton Group, Inc.
