The distributed Depositary Receipts had been held directly by a nominee of Holdings LP for the benefit of the limited partners of Holdings LP. The remaining Depositary Receipts are held by DTZ Investment Holdings GenPar LLP (acting in its capacity as general partner of Holdings LP) for the benefit of the limited partners of Holdings LP.
