OnThe ~~April~~Depositor 1,for ~~2020, Frontier Communications Corporation failed to pay interest due on~~ the ~~Underlying~~PreferredPLUS ~~Securities.~~Trust ~~Such~~Series ~~interest~~CZN-1 ~~payment~~Trust ~~default is not an “Event of Default” under~~ (the ~~Underlying Securities Indenture until it has continued for 60 days, however, such interest payment default immediately constitutes a~~ “~~Default~~Trust” ~~under Section 7.01(d~~) ofhas ~~the~~received ~~Standard~~notice ~~Terms~~that ~~for~~on ~~Trust~~April ~~Agreements~~14, ~~dated~~2020, asFrontier ofCommunications ~~February~~Corporation ~~20, 1998~~ (the “~~Standard~~Underlying Securities ~~Terms~~Issuer”), ~~between~~filed ~~Merrill~~cases ~~Lynch~~under ~~Depositor,~~chapter ~~Inc.,~~11 asof ~~Depositor~~title ~~(the~~11 ~~“Depositor”) and The Bank~~ of ~~New~~the ~~York~~United ~~Mellon, as~~States ~~Trustee~~Code (the “~~Trustee~~Bankruptcy Code”). ~~The~~in ~~Trustee will be sending notice of this interest payment default to~~ the ~~Depositor and~~U.S. ~~the~~Bankruptcy ~~Certificateholders~~Court ~~within~~for the ~~next~~Southern 10District ~~days~~of New York.
