In accordance with the Agreement and Plan of Reorganization between the Fund and Templeton China World Fund, an open-end Delaware statutory trust (the "Trust"), the Trust acquired substantially all of the assets of the Fund in exchange for Advisor Class shares of the Trust to be distributed to the shareholders of the Fund.
