- [F1]On July 12, 2005, the Reporting Person withdrew as the sole general partner of the Joseph R. Doherty Family Limited Partnership, L.P. (the 'FLP'). The withdrawal of the Reporting Person as the sole general partner of the FLP did not change the Reporting Person's pecuniary interest in the shares of the FLP and is exempt from Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the 'Act'), pursuant to Rule 16a-13. Because he is no longer a general partner of the FLP, the Reporting Person will no longer report shares owned by the FLP under Section 16 of the Act pursuant to Rule 16-a-1(a)(2) thereunder.
