Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

The annual meeting of the stockholders of Ottawa Savings Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) was held on May 18, 2016. The final results for each of the matters submitted to a vote of stockholders at the annual meeting are as follows:

1.	The following individuals were elected as directors, each for a three-year term by the following vote:

Craig M. Hepner	2,307,765	45,246
Keith F. Johnson	2,310,865	42,146

There were 313,658 broker non-votes on the proposal.

2.	The appointment of RSM US LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2016 was ratified by the stockholders by the following vote:

2,645,961	17,878	2,830

There were no broker non-votes on the proposal.

3.	An advisory vote was taken on the compensation of the Company’s named executive officers, as disclosed in the proxy statement for the annual meeting of stockholders, and the vote taken was as follows:

2,296,039	52,469	4,503

There were 313,658 broker non-votes on the proposal.
