Except as expressly indicated or unless the context otherwise requires, "Chesapeake", "we", "our", or "us" means Chesapeake Funding LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and its subsidiaries.

On August 14, 2002, our Chief Executive Officer, George J. Kilroy, and our Chief Financial Officer, Neil J. Cashen executed and filed the statements required by Section 906 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
