- [F1]This is a joint filing by Ezra Dabah and Renee Dabah (the "Reporting Persons"). On April 28, 2008, the Reporting Persons made a gift of 50,000 shares of Common Stock, $0.10 par value per share (the "Common Stock"), of The Children's Place Retail Stores, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), held in a joint account, to the Renee and Ezra Dabah Charitable Foundation, Inc. (the "Charitable Foundation"). As a result, the Reporting Persons may no longer be deemed the direct beneficial owners of the 50,000 shares of Common Stock held by the Charitable Foundation. However, the Reporting Persons may be deemed the indirect beneficial owners of the foregoing shares. (cont'd in fn 2)
