Coleman, III ("Coleman"), a partner and portfolio manager of Tiger Global; (iii) Scott Shleifer ("Shleifer"), a partner and portfolio manager of Tiger Global and (iv) Lee Fixel ("Fixel"), a partner and portfolio manager of Tiger Global.
