The reported securities may be deemed to be indirectly beneficially owned by Plaisance Capital, LLC, as the investment manager of the Fund. The reported securities may also be deemed to be indirectly beneficially owned by Daniel Kozlowski as Managing Member of Plaisance Capital, LLC.
