Lipson (collectively, the "Reporting Persons"). The Reporting Persons are members of a Section 13(d) group with respect to the securities of the Issuer.
[F2]Effective August 23, 2010, the Issuer merged into DWS Enhanced Commodity Strategy Fund ("DWS Enhanced Commodity Strategy Open-End Fund"), a series of DWS Institutional Funds, an open-end investment company. On the closing of the merger, shareholders of the Issuer received class M shares of DWS Enhanced Commodity Strategy Open-End Fund at a conversion ratio of 2.44 per 1 share of the Issuer.
