The registrant does not have a board of directors. The registrant’s general partner, Ceres Managed Futures LLC (the “General Partner”), is managed by a board of directors.

Effective ~~June 13~~July 11, ~~2012~~2014, ~~Brian Centner~~Ms. ~~resigned~~Alice ~~his~~Lonero ~~position~~no longer serves as Chief Financial Officer of the General Partner.

Effective ~~June 13~~July 14, ~~2012~~2014, ~~Damian~~Mr. ~~George~~ Steven Ross was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the General Partner.

~~Damian~~Steven ~~George~~Ross, age 4443, has been ~~the~~ Chief Financial Officer and a principal of the General Partner since ~~June~~July ~~2012, and is an associate member of the NFA~~2014. ~~Since August 2009,~~ Mr. ~~George~~ Ross has been employed by Morgan Stanley ~~Smith~~Investment ~~Barney~~Management, a financial services firm, since September 2005, where his responsibilities include ~~oversight~~ ofserving ~~budgeting,~~as ~~finance~~an ~~and~~Assistant ~~Sarbanes-Oxley~~Treasurer ~~testing~~of ~~for~~Morgan ~~the~~Stanley ~~Alternative~~with ~~Investments–Managed~~respect ~~Futures~~to ~~group.~~certain ~~Since~~investment ~~August~~vehicles ~~2009,~~publicly offered by Morgan Stanley. Mr. ~~George~~ ~~has~~Ross ~~been~~is also an ~~associated~~Executive ~~person~~Director of the Morgan Stanley ~~Smith~~Fund ~~Barney~~Administration Group where he is responsible for finance and accounting matters for certain private funds offered by Morgan Stanley. From ~~November~~April ~~2004~~1997 ~~through~~to ~~July~~December ~~2009~~1997, Mr. ~~George~~ Ross was anemployed ~~associated~~by ~~person~~Investors ofBank ~~Citigroup~~& ~~Global~~Trust, ~~Markets~~a ~~Inc.~~financial services firm, where his responsibilities included performing mutual fund accounting for financial services firms.
